1989 Fender Fretless Precision A/E "Thinline" Bass Natural > Guitars Bass

Description

Here we have a rare and interesting MIJ Precision bass made in a “Thinline” style, i.e., semi-hollow body and single F-hole. The bass is in excellent condition with very little play wear and a beautiful natural finish. The body is Mahogany capped with a straight-grained Spruce top.

Unlined Rosewood fingerboard and slim Jazz-style neck. A split P-Bass Lace-Sensor magnetic pickup combines with an active Piezo under-saddle pickup for a wide variety of tones. This bass has the characteristic “mwah” you look for in a fretless instrument.

Unlike the typical Fender Fretless P-Basses of the 70s which weighed a ton, this semi-hollow P-Bass weighs in at a mere 7 1/4 pounds. So you can play all night without needing a Chiropractor the next morning. Comes with a Fender Gig Bag.
