Blues Vintage Guitars Inc. is proud to offer this incredible 2001 Fender American HSS Stratocaster signed by all of the original members of The Rolling Stones, including retired bassist Bill Wyman. The guitar was owned by a prominent Nashville music industry executive, who had it first signed by Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts during The Stones' Nashville stop on the "Licks Tour" at the Gaylord Entertainment Center on Nov. 25, 2002. Bill Wyman was added a few years later when the former original bassist was in Nashville doing some writing/production work at a local Nashville studio.
Jagger, Richards, Woods and Watts all signed on the body of the guitar in a thick black Sharpie pen, and Wyman signed on the pickguard in what appears to be a thinner black Sharpie pen. The guitar has never been officially authenticated, however the source is a prominent Nashville-based music industry professional with access to musicians such as The Rolling Stones. He also has many other signed pieces that were personalized and given to him by a number of artists.
The guitar itself is a 2001 Fender American Standard HSS Stratocaster with an Aged Cherry Burst finish. The guitar is in NEAR MINT condition - as are the autographs - and is accompanied by a black hardshell case.
