Welcome to JTKM STUDIO.

Dakota Red! Don’t confuse it with Fender Mustang Red, its not the same unless you have an early 1964 production Mustang. Dakota Red really does pop! Think lipstick red. Slapper lipstick red even! Think oil painting red! It really is red! A perfect shade of red! Let us not forget that Dakota Red is genuinely very rare and hard to find!

Here we have a very clean, original 1965 Fender Jaguar in Dakota Red. This one comes complete with its original tolex case and matching serial number hang tag.

This one has all the cool features we seek out from early 1965; namely the fat neck profile found during this period, a green nitrate pickguard and a rare custom colour!

This one is all original aside from the foam on the Fender Mute being updated to render it functional.

The finish is very clean apart from a few contour scrapes as shown in the photos. There is no touch up to the finish.

The neck dates to May 1965 and sports a full, fat and chunky B neck profile. The frets and nut are original without any issues. The pots are CTS branded pots and date to the 19th week of 1965. All electrics and soldering are fully original.

Internal photos are available.

We offer a 24 hour approval period with all of our guitars.

There you have it, if you want rare I can guarantee we can find it!
