Neck Details: Bolt-on maple neck with unbound Brazilian rosewood slab fretboard, clay dot inlays, and heel-adjust truss rod. The nut has been replaced. The heel has a "1 MAY 62 B" stamp.

Electronics: The guitar has been fully rewired, with modern reproduction pickups. The rhythm circuit roller pots are original components, with 1962 date codes. The controls include on/off switches for each pickup, low cut switch, master volume and tone controls, and rhythm circuit. The lead circuit volume and tone pots have 1981 date codes.

Pickup Measurements: 6.9k (neck), 7.3k (bridge)

Hardware: The mute and pickguard are reproduction parts, and the nut is not original. The remainder of the hardware is original; the original tortoise pickguard is included.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Fender Jaguar has been refinished with a mild relic, and the glossy finish has attractive checking and portions of wear on the arm cut. The neck finish is original, and has worn nicely along its length to a smooth feel. The headstock face is glossy, with some wear to the "Jaguar" decal; the "Contour Body" decal is missing.
