Description

I have to admit, I had to go back and look at some old videos of James Burton to fully appreciate what a devastating guitarist he was. What I came away with was, he was one hell of a Country Music player that "rocked up" his playing and solos to propel the songs upward and forward. Those songs by Elvis and Ricky Nelson were the ones my parents played when I was but a wee tot and they still bring back great memories of my childhood.

As to this guitar, it's only 1 year old and comes in a package that includes the original case and all case candy. It weighs in at 8 lbs, 6 oz, so it's very far from being a shoulder breaker. It looks to be in virtually unplayed condition, but being a black guitar, I can still find a few very light surface swirls using my L.E.O Electron microscope. From Fender:
