Alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard are the royal specs of the jazz bass.
It is easy to play, has a clear and bright tone, and produces a well-balanced sound that can only be achieved with a passive bass.
Although it is a 5-string bass, the nut width is approximately 42mm, the same as that of a precision bass, and it has a neck grip that can be used with a regular 4-string bass without any discomfort.
This is a very rare lefty model, as the total number of Fender Japan's 5-string basses themselves is very small!
