This has to be the best all original example of a Jazz Bass from the last good years from Fender before they went to replacing the 4-bolt necks, its Walnut stained Mocha finish is simply stunning over its highly grained very pretty Ash body, its 4-Bolt Black Bound Maple neck w/Black Block inlays (the end of this historic era) is still very white in color from non-use all its life, the 2 pickups are punchy & delicious in its tone stemming from the combo of its ash body & maple neck, pots date the the 40th week of 1973 & the 5th week of 1974, basically she's a late 1973 production Jazz, the original Black pickgard & Thumb Rest have never been off the bass, it even has its original bridge & pickup covers along with its original owners manual, other than a spot of buckle rash on the back (what a dumb cowboy) this Jazz Bass is exceptionally clean like not many others around & 100% untouched, she comes with its cool matching condition Black tolex hard case.
