Description

Summary: The same graceful & beautifully voiced bass guitar as the Standard Jazz Bass but this baby is fretless! This instrument features Custom Shop ‘60s Jazz Bass single coil pickups, a wonderful Mystic Blue finish, Rosewood fingerboard and the original hardshell case!

Body: Alder solid body bass Jazz bass with a beautiful Mystic Blue finish

Neck: Graphite reinforced maple with a rosewood fingerboard, Modern “C” shape, 34” scale length, 1.5” nut width, Fender open backed tuning keys, gloss headstock face with a satin urethane finish on the back of the neck. This bass has 20 inlaid fretline markers with side dot position markers and rolled fingerboard edges. This instrument also has a single disk string tree.

Pickups/Hardware: Chrome hardware, black knobs, HMV High mass vintage bridge, 2 Custom Shop ‘60s Jazz Bass single coil pickups, 2 volume knobs, 1 master tone knob

Cosmetics: This Fender is in great shape! I did find a few small scratches on the back of the bass but it’s hard to see them because the finish is so awesome. I also found a few dings on the headstock near where it says “Made in USA”. Overall this baby hasn’t been played very much & it’s ready to be loved and played for years to come.

Playability: This fretless beauty plays great! The action is low & we have it strung up with a set of wonderful flat wound strings!

Modifications: N/A

Weight: 8 lbs, 15 oz.

Case: Original hard shell case!
