1959 Fender Jazzmaster
A rare, early '59 Jazzmaster featuring the anodized gold pickguard! These “Goldguards” JMs were only produced for a year from the model’s inception in 1958 until about midway through 1959. These are fantastic instruments and are becoming increasingly collectible. Original except for a well-done refret and replaced nut and in very good condition, worn-in with dings, buckle rash, and heavy finish wear for the ideal vintage aesthetic. Plays great with the slimmer neck profile and sounds killer with its original black-bobbin PUs for a staple offset sound with tons of quack in the bridge and tons of low-mid richness from the neck PU for incredible tones! A highly collectible early offset. Includes modern hardshell case.

We offer a 72 hr approval on all guitar & amps (unless otherwise noted). Customer pays all shipping & insurance costs both ways unless otherwise negotiated by sales staff. Before returning any item, customers must call for a return authorization. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they left the store. Unauthorized returns will be refused & returned at customer expense. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
