The 2009 Fender Mexico Robert Cray Stratocaster is the signature model of Robert Cray, a blues singer and guitarist whose presence as a blues guitarist has been further enhanced by his maturity. The Stratocaster has a well-balanced and easy-to-handle sound, from the nubby highs to the warm midrange. The neck is a slightly thicker C-shape neck with a good grip. The through-body design allows strings to be passed through the back of the body, giving the guitar a strong string tension and a direct feel of the high quality alder body.
