Two U.S. Special Vintage pickups (with staggered Alnico 5 magnets in the bridge pickup) and an American Vintage '52 Tele bridge with brass saddles complement the signature-engraved neckplate and Fender 1-10 amp-knob controls.
This Muddy Waters Tele is in Very Good condition, with various scuffs and an estimated 85% remaining fret life. Its light weight, easy playability, unusual pickups and patently iconic namesake should make this guitar a must-have for anyone interested in Muddy's deep, soulful and pivotal contributions to American music.
