1978 Fender® Musicmaster™ Bass Black, Excellent, GigBag, $675.00

HOLD -----This is a great playing and sounding Musicmaster Bass, all original with a Fender well-padded gig bag. Overall a nice example of these short scale basses, with a nicely figured fretboard that looks like Brazilian, but I can’t guarantee that. Frets are in great shape with no rutting or wear marks. The short scale makes it a fun easy to play bass. 6.6 lbs on a digital scale. Some random nicks and dings, mostly on the lower bass bout area, a couple of small worming spots on the back, along with some button type wear on the back also. Electronics and pickup are original and untouched. The tip of the pickguard by the input jack somehow broke off. There are no problems plugging in the jack, but a reissue guard could be added.. I have lots of pictures of the fretboard, electronics, and the rest of the instrument ready to be emailed.
