1965 Fender Mustang Daphne Blue with Rare Bulwin Case!

This is a very special 100% original 1965 Fender Mustang, as you can see from the photos. The Bulwin case for almost any Fender guitar is pretty tough to come by. Not to mention one in good shape!

All original, neck date “ A March 65”, electronics date to March 1965 as well. This guitar includes the bridge cover, original tremolo bar and original strap.

The pickups are strong and crisp and all the electronics function as designed.

The neck has just a smattering of Birds Eye and is substantially clean to the touch up and down the neck. The frets while worn have a lot of life left in them. The vibrant and deeply textured veneer fretboard is just an absolute pleasure to view and play!

The finish is completely original and has a delightful amount of finish crazing across the front and back with only minor dings in the finish. There is a slight greening of the finish on the front but that’s very common with these finishes as they age.
The case works flawlessly across all three latches in is very clean with the interior “Bulwin” label still attached.
