2018 Fender Player Series Telecaster Tidepool Blue

Excellent condition featuring single cutaway alder body with Tidepool Blue metallic finish, two single coil Telecaster pickups, one volume control and one tone control with tall knurled flat top knobs and three-way pickup selector switch with black tip mounted to elongated electronics cavity control plate, flat Telecaster chrome plated bridge with six individual fully adjustable steel roller saddles, single ply black plastic pickguard, bolt on maple neck with walnut skunkstripe, maple fingerboard with black dot inlays starting at the third fret, bone nut, Telecaster peghead shape with Fender spaghetti logo and Telecaster logo, single butterfly string tree, six in a line chrome sealed Fender stamped tuning machines, serial number and Made in Mexico printed on the back of the peghead, four bolt neck fastening plate with F stamp, string through body construction with six individual metal string ferrules, two strap buttons and black Fender branded Telecaster "thermometer bulb" shaped hard shell case with black plush interior. This guitar weighs 7lb 10oz.

This 2018 Fender Player Series Telecaster is in overall excellent cosmetic condition showing very little to no signs of play wear throughout (see photos). The neck profile on this instrument is that of a soft C shape and feels very nice in hand. The frets on this guitar are in virtually unplayed condition and and have a lifetime of use left in them. This Tele plays outstanding up and down the fingerboard. It is outfitted with a set of Seymour Duncan “Hot Tele” single coil pickups that were professionally installed and sound very good. These pickups are pretty high output and deliver plenty of mid range spank. They are perfectly suited for dirty and clean tones and are very well balanced. The addition of these pickups has really made this guitar capable of being much more than just a twangy country pickin' guitar. The pickguard is a later replacement that fits well and looks fantastic, in my opinion, especially paired with the Tidepool body finish. The saddles on this Telecaster are replacement roller type units that are fully adjustable. This Telecaster is housed in a very nice Fender branded hard shell case and would make a great everyday player that is perfectly suitable for stage, home or studio use.
