A holy grail of basses. An original 1956 Fender Precision Bass in original Sunburst finish.
A fine example that has been well used but not abused.
Neck is nice and straight with just the right amount of relief so it plays remarkably well all the way up and down without any buzz of issues. It's a nice V neck so common of the era and it feels incredible.
Neck is dated 9-56 and the body is dated inside the pickup cavity 8-56. Pots and capacitor are original however the pickup has been rewound. It sounds amazing as a result. Super warm and fat and full of vintage tone.
Bass is remarkably light and resonant.
Comes with vintage 1960s Fender hard case.

After 24 hours, no returns. Buyer assumes all shipping charges. If we agree to a return, as in an internet sale, instruments must be returned in the condition they were sent. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return, and buyer will assume these costs. If we accept a return there will also be a 5% re-stocking fee. All merchandise sold is in used - as is condition. All sales final. If there is an exception made on any return over 24 hours, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee to the customer. No returns whatsoever on guitar parts.
