Description

Y’all ever seen a vintage PJ-combo bass? 1965 Fender Precision Bass professionally refinished in an awesome relic’d Olympic White! This bass has been through the wringer, but is all the better for it! Neck stamp reads “5JUN65C” and the neck itself has that perfect worn in feeling! In 1976 a Fender “Grey-Bottom” Jazz bass pickup was added along with an extra tone pot and a 3-way pickup selector switch. A small professionally done route was required to house the witch. Original “Reverse” tuners, mint pickguard, pickguard shield, split-coil pickup, nut and bridge. Comes with its original hardshell case. Aside from the mods, there is a superficial stress crack on the back of the neck along with some overspray. Truss rod works great and this bass is setup perfectly. Comes complete with its original and super rare leather gig-bag and pinstriped interior.
