1969 Fender Precision Bass Sonic Blue

As rare as they come! 1969 Fender Precision Bass with a lovely aged Sonic Blue finish. What a gem! This wonderful Precision Bass is all original, comes with its original hard shell case and even has its pickup and bridge covers. The frets are in excellent condition. Gorgeous Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. Original “Split-Coil” Precision Bass pickup! Fantastic weight! Besides the noticeable buckle rash on the back, the finish has aged flawlessly.

This bass is all original, in very good condition and comes with its original hard shell case as well as pickup and bridge covers! There is one significant spot on the back of the bass were the finish has worn through (buckle rash), other than that the finish has your standard light wear and aging.

1-5/8″ nut width. 34″ scale length.

Maple neck with a depth of .84″ (1st fret) and .97″ (12th fret). Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25″ radius. Pearloid dot inlays. Original 20 large frets are in excellent condition.

Alder body finished in Sonic Blue. Original split coil pick ups and wiring.

Four saddle non-threaded bridge. Nickel Fender tuners. Pick up and bridge cover included. Original pick guard.

Weighs 8 pounds and 6 ounces.
