2007 Fender Precision/Jazz Bass Hybrid in Vintage White

Fender bass lovers often divide along P-Bass and J-Bass battle lines. Devotees of the slim fast playing J-Bass neck who prefer the old-school sound of P-Bass pickups often plunk a Jazz neck on a Precision body. On the other hand, players who love the Precision neck often go for a P-J pickup configuration so they have access to a Jazz pickup.

But why not go all the way and put a Precision neck on a Jazz body? There’s no right or wrong to it. Do what feels right for you, we always say.

Here we have a super clean American-made 2007 Fender Jazz Bass in vintage white with an equally clean Precision Bass neck. Not a ding to be found on this one. It’s near mint with just some barely noticeable playing wear. The vintage white is that creamy white which we really love and it’s perfectly complemented by the tortoise-style pickguard.

The guitar is nicely set up and it plays smooth as silk. The Jazz pickups give the bass that versatile sound they’re known for. Comes with its original hardshell case, too!
