“Fender Princeton/Reverb Amplifier with Vibrato – Fender Princeton / Reverb is a result of much effort on the part of the Fender engineers to combine in one instrument the desirable features which have been suggested by dealers, teachers, and studio operators.” –1965 Fender catalog

This early 1965 Fender Princeton Reverb-Amp has just come from the original owner and has all the cool pre-CBS buyout features including the Fender Electric Instruments brand name and no raised metal grill cloth logo. It’s in good playing condition and sounds excellent. All parts appear to be original except for the speaker which the original owner replaced in 1970 (’69 date code AlNiCo speaker) as well as a few of the tubes. I had my amp technician service the amp with grounded power cord installation, replaced filter capacitors and electrolytic caps on the board, as well as inspection with oscilloscope. The previous owner couldn’t remember ever having a foot switch so I sourced a proper new replacement switch. We’re confident you’ll love this clean pre-CBS Fender Princeton Reverb-Amp!
