Description

This Guitar never made it to production, it was the brain child of Peter Kellett (who is known for his metal plating and color anodizing works with the Fender Custom Shop on dozens of guitars over the years, including the Chrome plated Aluminum bodied Harley Strat and the Aloha Strat, as well as an entire series of Custom Shop Strats. I myself was a former Indian Motorcycle dealer back in the flat head days and was very interested in seeing Fender put this beauty into production the way they did the Harley Davidson Strat. (Gibson later produced the "INDIAN" LES PAUL.) Alas, Fender opted not to produce it, so I was left with the proto type parts and needed someone to make it whole. That person was the famous Tele Guru, and friend, Fuzzy Barron, who also collaborated with other Tele experts in the book "THE BLACK GUARD" and wrote one of the forwards for that famous work (see pics) Fuzzy put it all together and fine tuned it into a great player as well as a one of a kind piece of ART. This Guitar never existed and only came about as a collection of parts, and was never produced by Fender----even though I really think they should have. Perhaps if Indian Motorcycles were more stable back then as a company and not going in and out of business regularly over the years, things would have been different. So here it is the one that nobody knows about!
