2019 Fender Rarities Series Flame Ash Top Stratocaster Plasma Red Burst

Excellent condition featuring double cutaway alder body with transparent red stain finish, flame ash top with Plasma Red Burst gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish, multi-ply black pickguard, three Custom Shop ’54 Strat single coil pickups with aged white covers, one volume control and two tone controls with aged white knobs, five position pickup selector switch with aged white tip, tremolo bridge with six individual adjustable Fender stamped saddles, birds eye maple neck with 60s C shape profile, vintage tint and walnut backstripe, birds eye maple fingerboard with narrow tall frets and black dot inlays starting at the third fret, bone nut, birds eye maple peghead with Fender and Stratocaster logos, serial number and Corona, California on the back of the peghead, six in a line vintage style single line Fender Deluxe tuning machines, four bolt neck fastening plate with Fender and Limited Edition engravings, multi-ply black plastic tremolo cavity cover plate, two metal strap buttons, and original brown Tolex covered G&G hard shell case with gold plush interior lining and all case candy including bridge cover, tremolo bar and hangtags. This guitar weighs 8lb 8oz.

This 2019 Fender Rarities Series Flame Ash Top American Limited Edition Stratocaster is in excellent to near mint cosmetic condition. This instrument shows no play wear and looks to be virtually unplayed - just extremely clean and tidy! The factory foil sticker is still on the bridge over the tremolo hole. The tremolo bar is included but has never been installed. This guitar features a chunky 60s C shaped neck profile that feels exceptional in the hand and is very easy and comfortable to play. The 9.5” radius fingerboard furthers the playability of this guitar and makes string bends easy and precise while the rounded fingerboard edges and satin neck finish give this instrument the feel of a “worn in” guitar that’s been played for many years. The frets on this guitar are immaculate and show no wear. This Stratocaster plays beautifully up and down the maple fingerboard with low smooth action, excellent string tension and spot on intonation. The electronics have not been tampered with and are in perfect operating order. The Custom Shop 54 Stratocaster single coil pickups sound exceptional and deliver very articulate shimmering vintage Strat tones in every position. This instrument excels for clean tones but also sounds terrific with overdriven tones and would make a fantastic instrument for most genres. The Plasma Red Burst finish paired with flamed ash top is quite striking in person and the top has quite a bit of “motion” in different light sources and at different angles. This stunning Stratocaster is housed in its original rectangular Fender by G&G brown Tolex covered hard shell case that is also in pristine condition and the guitar includes all of its original paperwork, COA, tremolo bar and bridge cover.
