1967 Fender Stratocaser Sunburst

Stratocasters from 1967 are pretty hard to come by. Production numbers began to fall but later increased thanks to renewed interest in the model after the success of Jimi Hendrix. This incredible example has all of the Hendrix-era specs that make these some of our favorite Strats. The large headstock shape with "transitional" Fender logo, three-ply white pickguard, distinctive three-tone sunburst finish, and perfect medium "C" neck profile make this not only a rare instrument but a great playing guitar, as well. The original electronics and three-way switch provide the great tones and versatility that have made this guitar so seminal to the evolution of rock n' roll.
