1954 Fender Stratocaster in good condition. This is an early example with June neck date and July 16th assembly date on the masking tape. The finish is 100% original. The tuners, string-tree, bridge, output jack switch tip pickups and covers are original. The pickguard was replaced 30 years ago and is a nice looking repro with age on it. The knobs are not the small skirt style I would expect to see on this guitar but are correct for later 54 and on. The pots and switch are replaced. The nut and frets are not original. The fingerboard was not sanded or refinished when it was refretted. The middle pickup has the magnetic polarity flipped so it will be hum canceling in the 2,4 positions. It does not appear that the pickups have been rewound and they have the correct raised D pole piece. It is an excellent playing and sounding guitar. Please refer to the pictures for details. It comes in a mid 60s black tolex case.
