Description

Here's a 1955 Fender Stratocaster in 2-Tone Sunburst finish!! Serial #8750, 5-55 neck date. With the exception of two pots, everything on the guitar is original. The two un-original pots date to '63 & '66. The guitar oozes vibe and couldn't look, play, and sound any better! One piece ash body, maple neck, bakelite covers & knobs, with a hardtail bridge. Besides minor crack repairs on the pickguard (between the tone controls), and the bridge pickup cover, the rest of the guitar is repair free. The neck feels incredible, as it's smooth, with a comfortable round profile. Playability is exceptional, with low action from top to bottom. The frets have life left as well. The pickups sound fantastic! Strong, glassy, and wonderfully clear & articulate. This is a phenomenal example of an original 50's Strat. Original tweed hardshell case included!

Before shipping, all guitars & basses receive a fresh, deep clean, along with a pro setup to your spec's! We are an appointment only store. All instruments are handled by SS Vintage employees only.
