Neck Details: One-piece maple neck with an unbound slab rosewood board, center clay dot inlays, and truss adjustment at the heel. There is no neck stamp. There are open screw holes under the tuners from a previous alternate set. The neck has been refinished. A tech from Chicago Music Exchange removed and reinstalled the board to replace a broken truss rod. Evidence of this is present in the finish around the neck/board seam. It was also refretted during that time.
Electronics: Three black bobbin pickups with a 3-way blade pickup selector switch, master volume, middle pickup tone, and neck pickup tone controls. -- The pots date to 1959. The leads to the output jack and ground wire have been replaced. Other wires, pickups, pots, and tone cap are era correct appearing original to the instrument.
Pickup Measurements: Neck: 5.7 kΩ / Middle: 6.0 kΩ / Bridge: 5.3 kΩ
Hardware: 11-screw, celluloid, 3-layer pickguard with white pickup covers and cream knobs and switch tip. Single line Kluson Deluxe tuners.

Modifications / Repairs: -- The body and the back of the neck have been refinished. -- The board has been removed and reinstalled to replace the truss rod. Truss rod now functions properly. -- Has been refretted. -- There are open screw holes under the current tuners from a previous installation. There is a repaired crack running under the lower string tuners. - A smal crack at the end of first tuner - Output jack leads and ground wire have been replaced. -- There is a filled screw hole between the D & G strings from a previous string tree installation.
Case Details: Non-original brown vinyl rectangular hardshell. -- Non-original trem arm included in the compartment.
Cosmetic Condition: This guitar has been refinished at some point in its life. The finish shows light checking throughout the body. Nicks and dings are present as well with some minor buckle rash at the concave of the bass-side waist. Light arm wear is present on the top at the bass-side lower bout. The hardware shows light tarnishing.
