1960 Fender Stratocaster, Slab board neck, refinished body and neck, otherwise original. The body finish was done with a faded red sunburst, by Fiesta Finishes™ to mimic the early sunbursts on Fender guitars from '58-'60. The neck has an older nitro refinish, a refret, and a new decal. The unaltered cavities and neck pocket still feature the original finish.

The guitar is otherwise original, with original pickups, pots, tone cap, 3-way switch, bridge, trem, pickup covers, knobs, Kluson single line tuners, and original Mint Green guard with no cracks or breaks! Quite rare.

This is a fabulous sounding, and playing Slab Board Strat!

The serial number is 53XXX. The neck date is 7-60, body date 9/60. The guitar weighs 7.6 lbs. Original pickups measure, Neck to Bridge, 6.1K, 5.6K, 6.2K Ohms. The neck measures .795" at 1st fret and .973" at 12th fret. Pots are coded 304 6020.

Satisfaction guaranteed. Keep the guitar for 48 hours, and if not fully satisfied, return for a full refund minus shipping charge.
