1962 Fender Stratocaster Lake Placid Blue

This Fender Stratocaster was made in the USA in 1962. This interesting guitar was factory refinished in Lake Placid Blue in 1964 or 1965. Sometime between 1962 and when the guitar was refinished the Jaguar switches were added. It is possible that the switches were added at the factory as a custom order but we doubt it. In addition to looking incredible this is on of the best playing pre-cbs strats we have ever played. It has a great feeling neck and the original black bottom pickups sounds extremely good. The guitar has newer replacement saddles and the middle pickup is rewound. It comes with the 60's black Fender case that is in the pictures.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
