Description

This 1962 Fender Stratocaster comes in its original Red Sparkle finish! If you look closely, this sparkle finish actually has little flecks of silver and purple glitter in the mix, along with the red. Fender made a few sparkle guitars in the early to mid-60s, and they are often one of a kind. This guitar and its finish are factory original, although Fender would send the bodies to local autobody shops or Dennis Swiden, namely, to apply the sparkle paint. These pre-CBS appointments look incredible on this guitar, the green guard especially plays well off the Red Sparkle finish.

Overall Condition:  9.5, this one is clean all around!
