1964 Fender Stratocaster Sunburst

This 1964 Stratocaster is not the prettiest girl on the block. It has considerable wear, mostly to the top but it's an excellent player and is mostly original with only a five way switch mod and new frets. The original three way is in the case. With 64's pushing as high as $40K (or more), maybe one for half as much that you can take out and gig is kind of a deal. Or refinish it in the color of your choice and it's still worth the money. The green guard is in excellent condition with no cracks (unusual for 64). Neck date is April 64. One pickup is dated June 64. the other two are not dated (not unusual). Early enough 64 to have the spaghetti logo, single line Kluson tuners and black bottom pickups. Neck is medium. The case is later.
