Description

This is a fantastic Fender Stratocaster, made in the USA in 1965. This guitar was originally olympic white, but when we got it, the original finish had been stripped, except for the finish in the pickup cavities and neck pocket. We had it refinished by Pat Murray at Coop guitars who matched the refinish with the original finish in the cavities and it looks incredible now. Most of the parts are original but not all. The middle and bridge pickups are original but the neck pickup is a Duncan Antiquity. The tone pots are original and date to 1965 and the volume pot is changed. . The pickguard and knobs are original but the back plate is changed. The tuners are original. The bridge is original but the tremolo block is not. The original trem block is included but has a broken off whammy bar stuck in it. Frets are original.  Decal is not original.  The guitar weighs just under 8 pounds. It has been pro-setup in our store and is in excellent playing condition. It comes with the original case in the pics.
