1976 Stratocaster
Easy-to-use '76 with refretted surfaces!
In the 1970s, the Stratocaster underwent a great many minor changes. In late 1971, the neck was changed to a 3-point stopper, in late 1974, the pickup pole pieces were changed to flat, and in mid-1977, all plastic parts were changed to black. The new arrival is the last model with white PU cover, pot knob, and pickup selector. It has the tightness characteristic of the mid-70s, but the mid component also comes forward, giving it a unique yet easy-to-use sound.
There are many mid-70's models that go well with deep distortion, but this one has a muddy sound like TS.EffectorThis model is also good with TS and other muddy sounds!
