The two-piece alder solidbody wears a delicious lacquer Relic finish, while the roasted quarter-sawn maple neck sports a '63 C-profile, a AAA rosewood round-lam fingerboard and a tasteful twenty-one narrow tall frets. The Custom Shop aged bridge with a synchronized tremolo and vintage-style tuning machines all add to the vintage ownership experience tenfold.
This Strat features a trio of Custom Shop hand-wound Texas Special single-coil pickups, which are wound to the exact specs from those formidable years that burned the Stratocaster into the history of music forever. Vintage modified wiring #2 and a versatile five-way blade switch allows for a perfect combination of tones without losing the punchy and well-rounded voice of the guitar itself.
