1961 Fender Super Brownface
Here's a 1961 Fender Brownface Super, circuit 6G4. Fantastic clean example! 2x10, 40-watt combo, that sounds amazing! This comes to us from an incredible amp collection, that was well preserved, and professionally maintained & serviced through the years. Everything is in perfect working order. Hands down one of the best tremolo's you'll ever here! Beautifully lush and dimensional, with a lot of range. Both 10" Jensen's, transformers, and pots are all original, while the caps, resistors, and 3-prong cable have been replaced. So the amp is ready to go for the haul, and still sounds the way it was intended to sound!! New aftermarket Fender foot switch included. And PS- The Super 5F4 (1957-60) and 6G4 (1960-62) were purportedly Leo Fender's personal favorites :)
