Description

I don't know much about these things,, here is what George said when he appraised it for 5K in 2013: "Description: We have been provided the following description: "Serial # 221741 (1969) - Parsons & White Bender Serial # 0127 - non original pickups and tuners, all else could be original.” Based upon examination of the attached photos this guitar appears to be in finc condition. It has a replacement case, Parsons / White B bender, replacement tuners, and a Fathead brass plate on the back of the peghead to increase sustain. Installation of the B bcndcr involved extensive routing of the body. In other respects it conforms to the typical specifications of the model for the period in which it was made with maple neck with walnut backstripe and black peghead decal, beveled edge laminated white pickguard, and typical Telecaster electronics and omamentation" To add to this:
. It has a neck date of oct 68. The fingerboard has been sanded when it was refretted. I was told the pickups are Seymour Duncans. It plays and sounds wonderfully/
