1964 Fender Telecaster Sunburst

Fender Telecaster electric guitar, made in USA, circa 1963/64, ser. no. L2xxx3; Finish: three-tone sunburst, heavy buckle wear to back, heavy arm wear to top, further heavy wear to edges and various other marks and imperfections; Fretboard: rosewood, minor groove wear to first position, chips to side of frets left from where the previous frets were pulled out; Frets: mild wear, refret; Electrics: working, later Seymour Duncan bridge pickup installed, replaced jack, miscellaneous potentiometers, replaced switch, original jack, a spare switch and three spare pickups also included; Hardware: generally good, replaced strap buttons with originals retained; Other: middle pickup rout under the scratchplate, bridge pickup cavity rout slightly enlarged; Case: later tweed hard case; Weight: 3.25kg; Overall condition: fair *Sold with CITES A10 certificate no. 595804/01
