This unique 1966 Fender Telecaster was custom modified long ago. Fancy inlays were put in the fingerboard, including the name "Don", and the body was contoured and refinished dark burgundy. Also a Gibson humbucker was inserted into the neck position. The work was done decades ago and the finish was done professionally and has aged and checked naturally and has a very nice vintage patina. The bigsby appears to be original although at some point 6 holes were drilled through the body for a string through set up. There are no back ferrules and it appears that the drilling of the holes was the modification and that the bigsby is original. This guitar plays and sounds fantastic. It comes with the original case.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
