1968 Fender Telecaster Blonde
Here is an original 1968 Telecaster in original Blonde finish. Purchased from a fisherman out in Staten Island who had had it most of his life. It's nice and light and resonant with a real great vibe to it.
Neck date is 3 OCT 68 B. Original maple cap neck has some honest wear and still retains the original frets. Plays amazing with a nice and fat feel that is easy to get around on.
The pickups are original but it appears the pickups were taken out at some point and put back in. The wiring is the original wiring and the pots are original dated '66.
Original pickups have a fantastic vintage Tele tone. Nice and fat on the neck pickup and bright and twangy on the bridge pickup. Nothing sounds like a real vintage Tele and this is a remarkable example.

Comes with original Fender tolex case with a cool Grateful Dead sticker on it. Also comes with bridge cover.

After 24 hours, no returns. Buyer assumes all shipping charges. If we agree to a return, as in an internet sale, instruments must be returned in the condition they were sent. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return, and buyer will assume these costs. If we accept a return there will also be a 5% re-stocking fee. All merchandise sold is in used - as is condition. All sales final. If there is an exception made on any return over 24 hours, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee to the customer. No returns whatsoever on guitar parts.
