Summary: These Japanese made Fender reissues are an excellent quality and value. This one is a faithful recreation of a 72 Tele Custom with wide range humbucker in the neck and large black pickguard. It has steel saddles, Gotoh tuners, flatpole bridge pickup and bullet truss rod. Our in-house guitar tech just set this tele up with low action and a new set of 10s and it plays superbly! It even ships in a nice aftermarket tweed hardshell case.

Body: Solid body telecaster, with black finish and large 3 ply black pickguard.

Neck: Maple 3 bolt neck with neck tilt screw, bullet truss rod, 7.25” fingerboard radius, vintage sized fret wire, 25.5” scale length and 1 5/8” nut width.

Pickups/Hardware: The neck pickup is a wide range humbucker with embossed Fender cover, bridge pickup is a flat pole single coil, it has 2 volumes, 2 tones, witch hat knobs, 3 steel barrel saddles, Gotoh tuners and 3 way toggle.

Cosmetics: This Tele is in great shape overall but there are some light scratches on the body and some slightly heavier scratches on the pickguard from picking. There are some dings on the bottom side by the output jack.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has just inspected, setup and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functioning and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fingerboard with no dead spots or choking out.
