Neck Details: Bolt-on maple neck with unbound maple fretboard, dot inlays, and heel-adjust truss rod. The neck has been refretted and the nut has been replaced. The neck has a "3 APR 71 B" heel stamp.

Electronics: The wiring harness has been fully replaced with a new CRL 3-way switch and CTS volume and tone pots. Original single coil bridge pickup with grey bobbin; the neck pickup has been replaced with a ThroBak humbucker.

Pickup Measurements: 8.2k (neck), 6.5k (bridge)

Hardware: The bridge has been chopped and the bridge pickup mounted to the body wood (similar to the G. E. Smith signature model). The pickguard and switch tip have been replaced.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Fender Telecaster shows plenty of authentic aging and wear. The body is well worn with dings, scratches, and worn through patches covered by the clear overspray. There is checking and yellowing of the finish, and the headstock face displays the characteristic orange tint of Fender guitars of this era. The back of the neck is glossy and smooth, and there is moderate wear along the edges of the fretboard.
