A tale as old as time. For your consideration a 1978 Fender Telecaster in Antigua! Perhaps one of Fenders most divisive finishes, we belong to the camp that adores these. Original the finish was developed to conceal scorch marks that were left on early Coronados where they were having a bit of difficulty with the binding. In 1977 they decided they liked the finish enough to add it to their catalog of sprays. It’s a super unique finish thats sure to stand out on stage.
