Offered for sale;

Used c2008 Fender Twin Reverb ’65 Reissue serial number AC078525.

This amp is in excellent condition, fully functional without issue. Cosmetically excellent!

Volumes have been written about Twin Reverb amps.

Fender’s description of this reissue says it best:

“The Fender '65 Twin Reverb Amp is an authentic all-tube reproduction of the original classic! It has earned a reputation of being one of the cleanest tube amps ever, but it delivers a taste of the trademark Fender crunch when cranked up high. With 85watts through two Jensen 12" speakers, two channels, tube vibrato, tube spring reverb, tilt-back legs and Blackface cosmetics. Includes two-button footswitch to control reverb and vibrato effects.”

Designed to sound as close to the original as possible, the ˜65 Reissues are assembled in Corona, California and feature Jensen speakers, Schumacher transformers, traditional tremolo and tube-driven reverb to create that classic, "Blackface" sound so many players desire. They do have PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), as opposed to the original's "hand-wired" circuitry, but the components (capacitors and resistors) are the same values as amps from that period. They also have hand-wired tube sockets and other parts for added strength.

This reissue does capture the bright scooped midrange that the "Blackface" AB763 circuitry was known for, with “bell chimey” highs and lots of headroom.

This is a great “Twin” and with the price of original versions always on the rise, this is an excellent addition to the arsenal.

Original slip cover included.

*Please note: We do our best giving descriptions of our used items. We have found it impossible to describe every mark on an instrument or amp that is not in the "mint" category. Also, what's important to you may not be important to someone else. For example, you may say, "I don't care what it looks like as long as it plays or sounds well." Another person may say, "Body cosmetics are very important to me so tell me about every scratch, nick and blemish." So, please ask the questions that are most important to you. If you ask they will be answered. They are free and there's no limit. Additional photos can also be made available.

*This is a specific item that is also being offered for sale in our brick & mortar location. It is possible that it has just been sold. Please ask if it is still available before purchasing.

 *It is our policy to require a signature on delivery of all musical instruments. Please let us know if you prefer no signature required when ordering or we will automatically require a signature.
