This is the "1966 Jazz Bass" model of the "American Vintage II" series, the top of the line product among of the current Fender USA regular line.
American Vintage (from 1982) → New American Vintage (from 2012) → American Original (from 2018) → American Vintage II (from 2022). The series faithfully reproduces vintage specs.
This is a reissue of the "binding dot" transitional era that existed only for a short period of time from late 1965 to mid-1966.
It has paddle tuners, 1966 "U" shape neck, and Pure Vintage '66 Jazz Bass pickups.
It is in excellent condition with only a few scuffs, but no noticeable damage.
There is almost no fret wear, and the neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
