1965 Fender Vibrolux Reverb AA864 Pre CBS Black
Here's a crazy-good sounding Vibrolux reverb with the appointments of the last PRE-CBS models.
The amp shows some wear, mostly on the grille, otherwise it is very clean for its age.
The amplifier has the original speakers, footswitch and transformers as well as the majority of the internal circuit with only light upkeep performed, for instance it does appear that the wires to the reverb tank have been changed and one capacitor in the chasses is updated.
The one thing that needs improvement is the tremolo. It is a little weak. We'll be taking a look at it and repairing it if necessary. For now, the amp is priced and sold as it sits. The reverb is deep and lush. The amp works perfectly other than this small tremolo issue.
