1963 Fender Vibroverb 2×10 Combo. This is the very rare Brownface Vibroverb! Only produced in 1963, this was was the first Fender amp to feature on-board reverb. All original with the exception of a replaced 3-prong power cord, but the original 2-prong cord is included, along with the original footswitch. Good condition with a couple of small tears in the grill cloth and a few little rips/stains on the tolex, but overall very solid. “G1” painted on one of the back panels. This Vibroverb sounds absolutely incredible! Classic sparkly Fender cleans with a slightly fatter midrange that really warms up the sound. The vibrato has a tweed style circuit and the reverb is very warm and lush. This amp breaks up so smoothly and the original 2×10 Oxford speakers give it a fantastic tightness and punch. One you turn this amp on, you’ll have a hard time turning it off!
