This is a fantastic playing, sounding, and looking mid-70's Tele. The setup is spot on and feels great with low action and no fret wear. This Tele does that wonderful "kraaaang" we all love when playing through an edge-of-breakup Fender amp with the bridge pickup on and picking back by the saddles very well. You're in Junior Brown territory in no time! Or, like all great Teles, you can easily cover anything from blues to country to rock gigs with ease.
The finish has aged to a gorgeous cream / light yellow finish and hides wear really well. There are a few very minor paint chips and the normal wear and tear for a guitar of this age, but nothing of concern or note. The neck is nice and smooth with the exception of a very tiny chip in the clear coat right by the "skunk stripe" behind the 3rd fret (inline with the 3rd fret marker to be exact). We never noticed it while playing truth be told.
This is a really solid, no excuses vintage Tele that will make the next owner very happy! Priced with a non-original hardshell case.
