Offered for sale:

Used Fernandes LE-1 Special Edition serial number 022113.

This guitar is in good condition. The neck and frets are fine, cosmetically showing playing time and finish wear. There are a few nicks & marks” about the body, primarily on the top above the bass side of the bridge. Overall, the guitar presents well.

Fernandes started manufacturing in 1969 with Flamenco guitars at affordable prices. Throughout the years they have established themselves as a builder of high-quality instruments and produced their own renditions of almost every popular guitar design. The Fernandez Sustainer system today is unique among the industry.

This guitar has a ~7.25 radius. It is known that the LE-2 models have a traditional 7.23" fingerboard radius and the LE-1 models have a flatter 14" fingerboard radius. Otherwise LE-1s and LE-2s are mostly the same. However, our research has found that at least some of the “Special Edition” LE-1s have the 7.23” neck.

These earlier Stratocaster style guitars are desirable "Made in Japan" instruments. Regardless of what name is on the headstock, this is a great strat style guitar. If you want a killer Japanese 60s’ reissue don’t pay good $$$ for another name, get a Fernandes.

Case not included. Cases are available.

*Please note: we do our best giving descriptions of used pieces. We have found it impossible to describe every mark on an instrument or amp that is not in the "mint" category. Also, what's important to you may not be important to someone else. For example, you may say, "I don't care what it looks like as long as it plays or sounds well." Another person may say, "Body cosmetics are very important to me so tell me about every scratch, nick and blemish." So, please ask the questions that are most important to you. If you ask they will be answered. They are free and there's no limit. Additional photos can also be made available.

This is a specific item that is also being offered for sale in our brick & mortar location. It is possible that it has just been sold. Please ask if it is still available before purchasing.

*It is our policy to require a signature on delivery of all musical instruments. Please let us know if you prefer no signature required when ordering or we will automatically require a signature.

If you prefer your item to be sent without a required signature Imperial Guitar and the selected carrier can no longer be responsible for the security of the package once it has been delivered.
