What a beautiful top this Les Paul has! Very nice example in excellent plus condition. This was one of the desirable hand-picked 2018 Gibson '59 Les Paul's with Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard. Super dark, almost black, Brazilian Rosewood fretboard. The guitar is in near mint condition with almost no wear to be found. Just a couple tiny indentations as shown (with arrows). Still has the VOS finish. It appears to have been rarely played. Comes with the original hardshell case, COA, case candy and all the paperwork as shown! Our description on these 2018 Brazilian board R9's from back in 2018:
The Gibson Custom Shop Historic Series has been getting better and better, getting so close to the great examples of the late 50’s and early 60’s. Hide-glue construction, premium tone woods, more great features. New neck profiles (including an all-new ’59 profile scanned from an original vintage '59) to period correct fretwire. Aniline-dyed 1-piece mahogany backs, historically-accurate deluxe Kluson tuners, and incredible maple tops that make each one unique. The Custom Buckers sound great as usual! The case is the lacquered Lifton-style that is more accurate than years past. Incredible guitar!
