Wow! You just don't see vintage guitars this clean anymore! This one is a very very small ding on the face away from being DEAD MINT! The nickel hardware is still shinny! Take a good look at the photos, and it looks even better in person! It comes with it's original fold out hang tag with original price and model "SG Special RED", which is what these were being called from late '59 on, hence no "Les Paul Model" on the headstock! It's an early '60 with some '59 specs, like the small piece of plastic between the neck pickup and the end of the fingerboard etc. This Investment grade piece is 100% original, and ready for a museum! Comes in a pristine, and original alligator soft shell case, the best one I've seen in 30 years! Not cheap, but worth every penny!
