Johan’s work with guitars spans well over two decades, and covers almost every aspect of the instrument. It gives him great understanding of what he calls “the inner being” of a guitar. Johan’s career includes experience as a carpenter of fine furniture, a touring and session guitarist, and an expert repairer and restorer of vintage guitars.
Johan’s Bluesmaster Junior models were built to exact specifications by fellow master builder Gene Baker at the Premier Builders Guild USA workshop. Johan and Gene were in close contact at every stage of the build, for unsurpassed quality.
