This is a 2016 Gibson Historic Select BELIEVER BURST 1959 AGED Les Paul Standard in Sunburst! This particular guitar was likely one that was used at Gibson for artists to try out at the factory to see what Gibson was capable of making. This guitar is a CC#9 copy of the original Believer Burst. There is no simulated checking and the wear was added by Gibson. Nice and thin Nitrocellulose finish on this one. This is a full on True Historic spec guitar including the vintage correct plastics and pickup covers, TH-style frets which are more vintage correct. This particular guitar has a great figured top and is lightweight at only 8.3lbs!
